Please note: all service charges are for labour only and any parts required to complete the service or repair will be at an additional cost. Please phone ahead to book in your repair or service – pre-booked bikes will, under normal circumstances, be ready by 6pm on the day of service.

Brakes

• Install 1 pair of brake pads and adjust $20
• Install standard brake $20 each
• Install hydraulic brake without bleed $30 each
• Install hydraulic brake with bleed $50 each
• Install brake cable, lube and adjust $20 each
• Install brake levers and adjust $40 pair
• Overhaul calliper brake $20 each
• Overhaul disc brake lever $30 each
• Overhaul disc brake calliper $40 each
• Adjust cable brake $20 each
• Bleed hydraulic disc brake $35 each
• Clean or sand disc brake rotor $25 each

Gears

• Install gear cable and adjust $20 each
• Install STI levers and adjust $60 pair
• Install STI internal and adjust $40 each
• Install MTB shifter and adjust $40 pair
• Install derailleur and adjust $30 each
• Adjust front or rear gears $20 each
• Flush out STI lever and adjust gears $20 each
• Disassemble STI lever, repair, reassemble and install cable $40 each

Drivetrain

• Remove crank and tighten or adjust bottom bracket $30
• Remove crank and remove bottom bracket, regrease, reinstall and adjust $40
• Install or replace crank $20
• Install or replace chainring $20
• Install or replace chain $20
• Install or replace freewheel or cassette $20
• Install or replace pedals $20
• Face bottom bracket using industry standard, brand appropriate facing tool $60
• Re-thread bottom bracket using industry standard, brand appropriate tapes (including cutting compound) $40
• Face and re-thread bottom bracket together in the same repair $80

Headtube, stem and handlebars

• Adjust steering headset $20
• Re-grease and recondition steering headset $40

• Rear wheel cassette swap $20
• Install freehub body $30

• True wheel – minor buckle $20
