Our store hours are designed
to enhance our service to you, our customers. Our regular opening
hours of 8am till 6pm are designed to enable drop off and pick up
of bicycles before and after work with same day turn-around on repairs
and servicing - our main goal. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Why? Lots of reasons! Our staff is one of our biggest assets, by
condensing them into a shorter working week, instead of a seven-day
roster; they will have greater job satisfaction and be more in touch
with the everyday happenings. It means the staff will be there all
or most of the time so the chances of you missing your favorite
sales person or mechanic are reduced by more than half. We want
you to be to be served by your first choice of Planet personnel;
we realize how important continuity can be. And after all, we are
market leaders - it just wouldn't be any fun if we weren't giving
our competitors something to ponder!
