Here at Planet, we believe there is no such thing as "sales staff" and "mechanical staff". We simply find the best mechanics and if they want to sell, then we teach them how to provide total satisfaction on the sales floor, as well as in the workshop. Unlike some of our competitors, our staff is not on commission or percentage of profit, their main goal is customer satisfaction, not "selling up" or even "selling down" for a greater profit margin.
